Abstract:Abstract: To prepare the polyclonal antibody against P450 CYP6B6 from Helicoverpa armigera by priming with DNA and boosting with fusion protein of MBP-CYP6B6, the recombinant expression plasmid pcDNA3-CYP6B6 was constructed and sequenced, and then the pcDNA3-CYP6B6 was transfered into New Zealand white rabbits three times, and finally strengthened immunization by fusion protein of MBP-CYP6B6. Both ELISA assay and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to determine titer of the polyclonal antibody and detect its specificity, respectively. The results showed that titer of rabbits anti CYP6B6 serum reached 1︰50 000, and there was a specific binding of this antiserum to CYP6B6 in the different organizations of Helicoverpa armigera.
