Abstract:Abstract: Ovarian cancer often relapses due to chemotherapy resistance, seriously affecting the prognosis of patients. To identify miRNAs related to chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer and explore their prognostic value, the differentially expressed miRNAs related to chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer were screened from TCGA database. Univariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis and Kaplan-Meier analysis were used to screen out miRNAs related to prognosis from those screened miRNAs. A prognostic risk score model was constructed by multivariate Cox proportional risk regression analysis. Finally, a nomogram model was constructed based on the prognostic risk score and clinicopathologic parameters. Eighty-four miRNAs related to chemotherapy resistance of ovarian cancer were screened through differential analysis, and 8 miRNAs rela-ted to the prognosis of ovarian cancer were screened out by univariate Cox proportional risk regression analy-sis, Kaplan-Meier analysis and forward stepwise regression. The results demonstrated that the constructed prognostic risk score model had good sensitivity and specificity in predicting the recurrence risk, and that the risk score was an independent prognostic factor. The nomogram model based on the risk score and clini-copathologic parameters would be helpful in predicting the mortality risk of ovarian cancer accurately.
