Abstract:Abstract: To investigate and analyze the genetic polymorphism of 30 insertion/deletion (InDel) loci in Mongolia population from Chifeng, a total of 50 unrelated healthy individuals from Chifeng Mongolia population were genotyped with Investigator DIPplex kit. The frequency distribution and the parameters of population genetics of InDel loci were analyzed statistically. All the 30 autosomal InDel loci were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05/30) and linkage equilibrium (P>0.05/435) after Bonferroni correction. The probability of discrimination power (DP) was 0.309 6~0.658 4. The polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.188 9~0.374 9. The combined discrimination power (CDP) was 0.999 999 999 993. The combined paternity exclusion for trio (CPET) was 0.996 257 187 748, while for duo (CPED) was 0.957 489 048 877. The results showed moderate genetic polymorphism in all the 30 autosomal InDel loci in Mongolia population from Chifeng. Thus the Investigator DIPplex kit can be used as a supplementary tool for forensic genetics.
