Abstract:Abstract: The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) has a close connection with CD4 and CCR5 molecules. In order to develop a recombinant drug which can specifically bind to the HIV and can effectively prevent and treat HIV infection, the heavy chain constant region of human IgG was connected with CD4 and the light chain constant region of human IgG was connected with CCR5. The cell lines stably expressing both chains were screened following constructed lentivirus co-infection. The recombinant antibody was proved to have anti-HIV function by molecular biology and cellular immunology tests, and may have clinical values in HIV studies.
