摘要

摘 要: 炎症在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis, AS)的发展中具有重要作用。C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)是典型的急性期蛋白质和炎症标志因子, 大量的研究表明, CRP不仅是心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD)的风险预测因子, 而且还有可能是CVD的调控因子。CRP主要存在两种异构体, 即五聚体CRP (pentameric C-reactive protein, pCRP)和单体CRP (monomeric C-reactive protein, mCRP)。本文对已有的研究成果进行了总结与分析, 发现CRP的功能活性与其构象相关, 并阐述了在AS和局部炎症中CRP的变构以及其发挥作用的机制, 可为全面深入了解CRP在AS中的作用及其后续相关研究提供建议与参考。

Abstract

Abstract: Inflammation plays an important role in the development of atherosclerosis (AS). C-reactive pro-tein (CRP) is a typical acute phase protein and inflammatory marker factor. A large number of studies have shown that CRP is not only a predictor of cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk, but may also be a regulator. There are two main forms of CRP, namely pentameric CRP (pCRP) and monomeric CRP (mCRP). Herein, the existing research results of CPR were summarized and analyzed, and it was found that the functional activity of CRP is related to its conformation. Furthermore, the allosteric structure of CRP in AS and local inflamma-tion as well as its related mechanisms were expounded. This may provide suggestions and references for comprehensive understanding of the CRP role in AS and for its future research.
