Abstract:Abstract: The diversity, community composition and 16S rRNA function of enterobacteria in Scorpiops tibetanus were studied by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics. The results showed that the diversity of intestinal bacteria was rich and the community structure was complex. The dominant phylum was Firmicutes (57.82%) and Proteobacteria (28.25%), the dominant order was Bacillales (55.19%), and the dominant genera were Brevibacillus (24.63%) and Aneurinibacillus (22.91%). The dominant species were Brevi-bacillus borstelensis and Aneurinibacillus aneurinilyticus, both of which were found in animal intestines for the first time. The results of 16S rRNA function prediction showed that there were abundant functional genes in intestinal bacteria of S. tibetanus, including genes related to rich primary and secondary metabolic pathways. The study reveals the bacterial diversity and community composition in the gut of S. tibetanus, and has reference value for the related research.
